Advanced Subsidiary Level (AS-Level, International Foundation Programme)

The Pearson Edexcel AS-Level is generally completed within a year and represents the initial segment of the A-Level qualification. Nevertheless, it stands as an independent qualification that enables students to delve into various subjects, even if they are uncertain about their preferred field of study at the University. For instance, a student with a background in science who is open to pursuing a discipline in the Arts can opt for an Art Subject, facilitating the attainment of a double major or a smooth transition to a different program.

  • Curriculum: Also part of the Pearson Edexcel suite, tailored for international students. Exams are taken in May/June or January
  • Benefits:
    • Offers flexibility: students can complete AS-Level as a standalone qualification or continue to full A-Level.
    • Provides a recognised credential for university entry.
